I have been working in the helping profession for over 10 years. I have a Master’s of Social Work from the University of British Columbia, a Bachelor’s of Social Work from the University of Victoria, I am a registered social worker with the BC College of Social Workers, and a registered clinical counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors.

I practice within a person-centered approach and may utilize elements of CBT, systemic therapy, and mindfulness as we collaborate to find a good fit for achieving your goals. I have experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, interpersonal or relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, as well as everyday stresses and challenges.
